Vegan buffalo cauliflower bites

I really wasn’t sure how this recipe for cauliflower buffalo wings was going to taste. After all, I do not eat chicken, and I am not a fan of hot sauce. But, I found myself having to hold back because I just wanted to keep eating more!

I know a lot of you do not find cauliflower to be the most delicious food, but one good thing about this white tender vegetable is that it tends to take on the flavor of whatever it is cooked with. So, if you are not crazy about cauliflower, you have absolutely nothing to worry about when you make this recipe

Generally speaking, I don’t trust a buffalo who claims to be mild. I simply took this sauce home one time because it was on sale, and I thought "I could maybe use it as a marinade." As I mentioned earlier, I do not enjoy eating spicy foods. However, rest easy knowing this sauce won’t turn on you. Sure, it’s buffalo but the hints of pineapple make nice with your peace-seeking palate. I found it at Wholefoods Market.
